📦 When will my order arrive?

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Germany. Delivery times depend on your destination:

  • Germany: 2–4 business days

  • Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania: 3–6 business days

  • Other EU countries: 4–7 business days

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only within the European Union (EU) to ensure reliable delivery times and high service quality.
To check availability for your address, simply enter your details at checkout.

🔍 How can I track my order?

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email containing both a tracking number and a tracking link.
You can click the link anytime to see the latest updates on your shipment.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

We offer secure and convenient payment options widely used across Europe, including:

⏳ What should I do if my order is delayed?

Most deliveries arrive on time, but occasional delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier issues.
If your parcel does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@beesloos.com with your order number, and we will look into it immediately.

🔁 Can I return my purchase?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

  • Unused

  • Undamaged

  • Returned in the original packaging

Please contact us before returning any product so we can provide the correct instructions.

❗ What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email info@beesloos.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
